About Video:
Square root is just reversing the process of squaring. Mathematically, squaring and square-rooting are inverse functions. This video teaches basic stuffs on square root.
Let's go now practical.
Case (I):
Take a chessboard. Count the number of squares in it. The number of squares in the chessboard is the product of number of rows and number of columns in it. As it is in square shape, the number of rows and that of columns is same. So, it is like a number multiplied by itself. This "multiplying of a number by itself" is called squaring. Notice how we can get number of squares in the whole chess board from number of rows/columns.

Case(II):
Suppose we need to design chess-board like square board. We are assigned to design 81-squares chess board. So, we need to find how many columns/rows we need. We do here reverse process of squaring. It is where square root's use come.
